We aim to be a really easy going community of players coming together to have fun in this game. We do have some guidelines to follow to ensure there's no drama or issues.

Phoenix Dawn Rules & Guidelines
Our FC is founded on the idea of helping others and being respectful in our gaming community and we welcome members and friends that share these principles. The hope is that the rules and guidelines below will not be considered too burdensome. While we all strive to be as best as we can to each other, sometimes we need some structure to fall back on.
Principles
Be respectful of others and support others to help our community grow and prosper. We all come from a wide variety of backgrounds, perspectives and reasons for playing this game. We are part of a community that is helpful and supportive from newer players all the way into seasoned raiders. You will get as much out of the community as you put into it so we encourage members to take some time to help others.
New Members
We're happy to welcome new members that share our philosophy of building a close-knit, helpful and fun community. We also understand that we're not the right fit for everyone so new members who join will be in a probationary rank while we get to know you and you get to know us. At the end of this probationary period, new members will either be moved up to become a full member or politely asked to leave with an explanation and with the consensus of the officers. In some cases, officers may elect to extend a probationary period if we feel like we need more time to get to know how a new member fits in with the FC.
Behavior
Disrespectful behavior, harassment, racial slurs, sexism, or trolling towards others in game or in Discord will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions and debates constructive. We respect that everyone has their own thoughts and opinions but urge members to be mindful of others as well. If you have comments or criticisms about players or aspects of the game itself, instead of just complaining or bashing, offer feedback on how to fix a problem or offer insight to other players on how they could do better. If you're asking for advice on something from others, please listen to and consider what you've been given.We strive to be as drama free as possible and while we understand that occasional disagreements can come up, if a member continues causing unnecessary drama, there will be disciplinary actions taken. If any person has an issue with another and it cannot work it out between the two of them, please contact an officer to mediate.
Disciplinary Actions
Disciplinary actions will vary on a case by case basis. We strive to make our community a welcoming place and each member is important to us. If they did not realize the impact of their actions we want to make sure and discuss it with them and give ample time to change if desired. If changes aren’t made or a member’s behavior continues or disrupts this community, they will be removed.Dismissals will be discussed and agreed upon by the officers and the person in question will be notified privately. Only in extreme cases where the well being of the community is at stake (e.g. extreme harassment, bigotry, RMT or boting) an immediate dismissal may be issued without prior discussion.
FC Event Expectations
As a FC, each week we schedule different events for members to participate in. While there are events that are strictly for fun with minimal expectations (like FC parties), there are other events where we're trying to clear content or work on objectives in game. While everyone is welcome to join these events, we will ask members that aren't up to the task that night to step out. This includes those that may be excessively tired, multitasking when focus is needed, inebriated, or frequently afk. In order to respect the time of the other people in the group and to be able to continue at a reasonable pace, members will be removed from the group and replaced for the night. Anyone that’s removed is welcome to join us at the next event.
